PAYMENT
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your commission and begin the creative process. The remaining 80% balance is due before the completed artwork is shipped or released.
Your commission is not considered booked until the deposit has been received.
CREATIVE PROCESS
After your commission is confirmed, I’ll use the ideas, references, colors, and details you provide as a starting point while maintaining my own artistic style and creative direction.
I’ll communicate with you throughout the process when necessary to make sure the piece is moving in the right direction.
REVISIONS
Minor adjustments may be accommodated during the process. Major changes or a complete change in concept after the artwork has been started may require an additional fee.
TIMELINE
Commission timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the piece. Your estimated completion date will be discussed before your commission is confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS
Because your commission is created specifically for you, the 20% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
If you need to cancel before work begins, please contact me as soon as possible.
SHIPPING & PICKUP
Shipping costs are separate from the artwork price unless otherwise stated. Artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped once the remaining balance has been paid in full.
Local pickup may be available by arrangement.
ARTWORK & USAGE
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the finished artwork remains a physical original created by TZYION. I may photograph or share completed commissions for my portfolio, website, and social media.
If you would like your commission to remain private, please let me know before the artwork is completed.
For commercial use, reproduction, or licensing, please contact me separately.
